Since 2015, IEP has been promoting “INTERELECTRIC” Joint Internationalization Projects, as part of its internationalization and international promotion plan. These projects are supported by the European Structural and Investment Funds of the European Union and by the Portuguese Government’s Competitive and Internationalization Operational Program – COMPETE.
These projects aim to encourage internationalization and promote Portuguese SMEs and their products abroad.

It is made up of a set of collective actions, namely fairs and business missions, promoted by IEP, which companies join and take part in, with the aim of promoting their products and services, internationally.
With community funds, it also supports the preparation of individual and/or joint applications for different areas (Qualification and Innovation, Internationalization and Vouchers), and their implementation.
